What is IT Audit?
IT is one of those areas that typically grows with the organization. A small company starts with 1 or 2 services, and as the company grows, so does the infrastructure around it. Most of the time the decisions taken with regards to the infrastructure are based on circumstances. These decisions probably were good at the time, but what if they are not anymore? What if things deployed, implemented or configured could be optimized for current business model or demand? What if the infrastructure has grown in such a way that is has introduced vulnerabilities to your organization or business?
